How we handle your content and data
This page is maintained by the Wiggle team to answer common security and privacy questions about Wiggle. It describes the controls currently enabled in the product and the responsibilities shared between us, our platform provider, and you.
This page is app-owned editable content. It is not an independent certification or audit, and statements about our hosting platform describe capabilities the platform makes available — not certifications issued to Wiggle.
Access & authentication
Account access is gated by sign-in. Sessions are held in your browser and you can sign out at any time from your account settings.
Privileged actions in our backend are performed only by trusted server-side code paths; secrets used by those paths are not shipped to your browser.
Platform & hosting
Wiggle is built on Lovable, which provides our managed backend, database, authentication, file storage, and serverless functions. We rely on the platform's default security configuration for those components.
Hosting and infrastructure controls are the platform's responsibility; how we configure, model, and use them inside Wiggle is ours.
Data we collect & how we use it
We collect the information you enter into the GIF creation wizard (such as the action you want to teach and brand details) along with the generated frames and the final looping video. We use this to produce, preview, and let you export your loop.
We do not sell your content. Generated assets are used to fulfill your export and, when you request a shareable link, to host the file so the link works.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and local browser storage required to keep you signed in and to remember your in-progress wizard state. We do not load third-party advertising trackers in the app.
Retention & deletion
Shareable export links are signed and time-limited (currently 7 days). After expiry the link stops working.
To request deletion of your account or specific exports, contact us using the address in the Security contact section below.
Privacy requests
If you would like a copy of the data associated with your account, or want it deleted, email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Vulnerability reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue in Wiggle, please report it privately to our security contact below. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a chance to investigate and respond.

Shared responsibility
Our platform provider operates the underlying hosting, database, and storage infrastructure. Wiggle configures and uses those services and is responsible for application-level access rules, data modeling, and what we do with the content you submit. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the content you choose to upload.
